In our Intermediate Obedience Hybrid sessions we work on all commands in real world locations such as on a walk, in a park, at the vet's office or in a retail store. When you practice in these common locations your dog learns to respond there so you can be more confident when taking your pup about town with you! We will also focus on the finer points of obedience training to polish your dog's behavior and get them to respond in any situation they are in!

Reactivity Hybrid sessions are created specifically for dogs who have leash reactivity. Leash reactivity is a common behavioral issue in which a dog will growl, bark and lunge fiercely upon seeing other dogs while on leash. Each session will be comprised of two parts.

Part 1: The first forty-five minutes of these sessions will be specifically for new clients who are unfamiliar with the techniques used to work with this issue. In this time our highly experienced trainer will discuss the process of counterconditioning used to make dogs more comfortable with other dogs. DOGS DO NOT ATTEND THIS PORTION OF THE SESSION.

Part 2: From 7:45pm to 8:30pm clients who have previously worked on these issues will come in to demonstrate the techniques and allow the new clients to see the training in action. This also allows the current clients to practice what they learned in a safe and controlled environment. New clients will also work with current clients to learn the timing required to successfully eliminate this problem behavior.

There is a limit of four new clients and four current clients with their four dogs allowed in this seminar. Cost for new clients is $40 for Part 1 and 2. The cost for current clients to attend just the practice portion of the session (Part 2) is $25.

Dogs must be preregistered since there is a limit. Owners cancelling within one week of the session will be charged for the session.

Proof of Bordatella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies must be given for this seminar. No exceptions.

No training - just fun!! Our Hybrid Play Times are a safe substitute for the dog park. Size is limited to six dogs who are fully vaccinated and have had some level of obedience training. These play times are also supervised by one of our trainers so things won't get out of control as they can at parks. Play Times are only held at All For Doggies in Chicago. All dogs participating in Play Times must have been through a basic obedience class or done private training with us so we are comfortable with their socialization. If you are not a client of ours but would like to take part in Play Times we will arrange for a private training session to determine the level of socialization.
