*Rewards are provided when a dog owner registers for a training service from Collins Canine, and lists your name on the application. Companions will be notified via e-mail within 30 days of the registration.
Companion Program Rules:
The Collins Canine Companions program begins May 1, 2007; retroactive referrals prior to this date are not allowed. This program was created for clients of Collins Canine, Inc., and the company reserves the right to discontinue or alter this program at any time. Collins Canine Gift Certificates have no cash value and may not be exchanged for other services, including logo merchandise, unless otherwise stated.
