Sessions are one hour in length.

Price per session after ten sessions is $55/hour.

Travel Fees are calculated by the distance from the trainer. Contact us with your address and availability and we can provide the exact amount.

Parking Fees apply if the only parking available is pay parking. This cost will be passed through to the client.

Peak Time Premium Fees are $10 per session and apply only to weekend and evening (6:30pm or later) training sessions.
