Lunch and Learn
Got an urgent issue but can't wait until a highly coveted evening or weekend private
training slot opens? Collins Canine is now offering Lunch and Learn sessions available for dog owners
that work in the Loop. During your lunch break a trainer can come to your office or meet at a local restaurant to discuss
your concerns. This will get you started on the right track until you can meet at your home and work
hands on with your dog. No dogs are even needed! Almost all behavioral problems require a detailed discussion
prior to any actual training of your dog so sign up for these convenient sessions and be able to hit the ground
running when the trainer comes to your home! Training sessions are typically a half hour at a rate of $45 per session.

Private Training Online
Due to worldwide recognition of Collins Canine's training techniques we receive many requests for training
advice from dog owners outside of the Chicagoland area. In order to better serve this market we are now offering
online training. For a flat fee we will work through each issue via email until you have all the information you
need to solve the problem. You
will start with a comprehensive questionnaire so we can gather the data and then you will receive a detailed
document with the training techniques to use. We will continue to work with you until your questions are answered.
All responses are guaranteed within two business days. Check out what topics are covered and the costs
here.
Note: Collins Canine does not do "Boot Camp" style training. The vast majority of these facilities
use punishment based techniques (harsh leash corrections, shock collars...)
which Collins Canine does not employ. Also most dogs
that attend these camps will not come back and respond to whomever gives them a command. The
owner will still have to put forth as much effort in training as is needed in a traditional
obedience class. Check out our Dog Advice page for more information or contact us with any questions.
